ABOUT US
Tactical Evangelism is a ministry project of Equip International that was founded through collaboration of missionaries and special operations veterans who are experienced in navigating crisis and solving complex problems. This all started during the 2020 pandemic when missionaries contacted a former Army Ranger asking for help with crisis. As a result, the Lord raised up a group of special operations veterans, all of whom love Jesus, to volunteer training them. Since then our team of trainers has grown and the Lord has been sending us missionaries and others to help prepare, prevent, and responding to difficult Gospel barriers.
Relationships are central

Challenges are solvable

Meet the Team
Our trainers are Special Operations veterans, those who trained Special Operations forces, and experienced missionaries.
Greg Walker
Executive Advisor
Greg served in the U.S. Army deploying to Afghanistan and Iraq with the 1/75th Ranger Regiment and a long-range surveillance unit. After his military service, Greg placed his faith in Jesus Christ for salvation. Since then Greg served with an organization equipping persecuted Christians in parts of Asia, as a Chapter Director for Ratio Christi at Appalachian State University, and is a founding member of Engage 360 Ministries. He currently teaches evangelism at Southern Evangelical Seminary, is an associate pastor, and serves as an advisor for Equip International.
Greg is passionate about utilizing his experience and network to help those advancing the Gospel through difficult barriers and seeing communities transformed by Christ. He and his family live in southeast U.S.
